We use this information to contact individuals via email and mail with additional resources that might be of interest, including upcoming events and opportunities, new publications, or other resources. • Email Addresses - Brownpreneurs collects email addresses from those that subscribe to our emails or newsletters or register for our events. Brownpreneurs may use your email address to send you emails from Brownpreneurs, including marketing emails from Brownpreneurs, event updates, or email newsletters. To unsubscribe to any or all of Brownpreneurs emails, you can contact us at info@brownpreneurs.org or click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter. Brownpreneurs does not distribute email addresses to third parties.

• Mailing Addresses - Brownpreneurs collects mailing addresses of those that donate, register for our events or purchase items from our online store. Brownpreneurs may send via mail newsletters, brochures, or other promotional items. To opt out of any mailings, you can contact us at info@brownpreneurs.org or (314) 985-6155. Brownpreneurs will not sell your mailing address to third parties.

• Cookies - Many websites, including this one, use cookies - pieces of numeric data stored on your computer so that we can identify when you return to our website. Financial Data Security

Brownpreneurs does not disclose your debit/credit card account or banking information. When donors or customers choose to pay by debit/credit card, we submit this information directly to a secure credit card processor.

Photographs

Brownpreneurs takes photographs during its events and routinely uses these photos for marketing via this website, social media, or other means. If you are included in a photograph and would prefer that it not be distributed, please contact Brownpreneurs at info@brownpreneurs.org or (314) 985-6155 and let us know what photo and where you saw it. We will do our best to remove it from circulation.
 

Choice to Opt Out

Brownpreneurs provides all individuals and customers the opportunity to opt out of having your personal information used for certain purposes. If you have donated to Brownpreneurs,  registered for an event and no longer wish to receive promotional communications or would like Brownpreneurs to erase any personal data we hold about you, you may opt out by contacting us at info@brownpreneurs.org or (314) 985-6155.  This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
