At Brownpreneurs, our mission is to empower students through entrepreneurship, innovation, and education. But we know that real impact only happens when we work hand-in-hand with the communities we serve. That’s why we’re excited to invite passionate, community-minded leaders to join our Community Advisory Board (CAB) as Mission Advisors.

Why a Community Advisory Board?

The CAB exists to be a bridge between Brownpreneurs and the community—ensuring that the voices, needs, and aspirations of students remain at the center of our work.

As a Mission Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our initiatives and helping us grow our reach and impact.

What Mission Advisors Do

Our CAB members serve as trusted advisors, bringing diverse perspectives and lived experiences to guide our programs. Specifically, Mission Advisors will:

  1. Advocate for Students – Advise Brownpreneurs on issues directly affecting students in the communities we serve.

  2. Strengthen Partnerships – Share knowledge and insights to help us build strategic relationships with schools, community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders.

  3. Deepen Roots – Guide us in finding meaningful ways to embed Brownpreneurs within the entrepreneurial and educational sectors in Greater St. Louis and Atlanta.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome educators, business leaders, community organizers, entrepreneurs, parents, and advocates who share our commitment to advancing opportunities for students. If you’re passionate about education, equity, and entrepreneurship—and want to help shape the future for the next generation of leaders—this is your chance to make a difference.

Why Join?

By becoming a Mission Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Influence how Brownpreneurs supports students and communities.

  • Collaborate with like-minded leaders dedicated to social and economic equity.

  • Build connections across education, business, and community sectors.

  • Be part of a movement that equips young people to dream big and lead boldly.
